Is this team the definition of perfect american family, or what?! Mike’s favorite ❓
William has the reddest hair I’ve ever seen in person. One of my favorites ❗We photographed this session ON Stella’s 2nd birthday.  That morning she hopped out of bed and requested bacon. You know, that’s all she talked about for almost the entirety of the session… bacon.  I’m not being funny right now. So if she wasn’t feeling it for a photo all we had to was talk about bacon. I’m NOT TELLING YOU LIES RIGHT NOW! It just may have been the cutest/most random thing I’ve ever seen at a family session. 🙂
OHHHHH WILLIAM! HOW DID YOU GET SO HANNNNNDSOME?!?!?I think this was their first family session… but not for lack of trying.  Corrie, sorry we’re sooooo popular! 😉
I adore this family, don’t you?! I’ll answer for you.  Yes you do! …an outfit and location change…
Ohhhhh these two!
Later in the session I said, “I like the double letter thing you have going on with the family… you know like co-RR-ie, ji-LL, wi-LL-iam, ste-LL-a…”

Corrie and Jill look at each other puzzled… “Hm… we’ve never noticed that!”

You’re welcome for that. 😉

Stella has more personality than most adults. 😀 If you know her you know how right I am!It’s no wonder William and Stella are ridiculously cute… have you seeeeeen their parents?!

We loved photographing this wedding! You’re about to see why 😀
A quick tip… if your wedding dress has very closely spaced buttons such as this, pack a crochet hook. 😀Aren’t these shoes fun?!During the processional Mike stands down the aisle to capture the wedding party as they make their way down the aisle. Meanwhile I stay back with the bride and photograph all of the action that happens before the make their entrance. We’ve been doing it this way since we very first started shooting weddings years ago. Many of my favorite images I’ve ever snapped have happened right before the bride walks down the aisle. My favorites ❗
…meanwhile… Mike is shooting this. 😀See him there on the left side of the aisle?Sarah’s parents were celebrating their 40 year wedding anniversary that day… the priest called them to the middle of the church and asked the congregation to bless them.St Louis is full of some of the must beautiful Catholic churches we’ve ever seen.MARRIED!OHHHHH how I love this image!  SUCH a fun wedding party!
BOOOOOM! One of my favorite wedding party photos of 2013! ❗ Mike’s favorite, too ❓I mean… this wedding was IN St Louis… soooo… the arch! Though, we weren’t sure we were going to be able to shoot there because the Mississippi River was majorly flooded! (see photo of Mike at the end)Oh you silly groomsmen you!
SARAH!!!! YOU’RE GORGEOUSSSS!!!!!
See the cute pregnant bridesmaid? That’s Ellen, Sarah’s sister. 😀 We photographed her wedding about three years ago. 😀
Their reception was at Union Station. I adore you two!The long table with the bride and groom at the end? FTW! Photographically it makes our jobs much easier! Not to mention you can fit more people 🙂 On their left and right? Their parents. 😀It’s usually a bit more difficult to get a photo of the bride and groom’s reactions to their toasts because they’re usually flanked by their wedding party… see the difference? MUCH better! 😉Brad has some craaaaazy uncles!
The expressions in this photo are hilarious to me!GET DOWWWWWN!

Sarah+Brad

[br]What was the most memorable moment of your day?

Sarah: There are way too many to mention – I feel so lucky!

Brad: Saying “I Do!”

[br] Any advice for future Sarah/Brads?

Bride and grooms: try to relax and enjoy each moment, drink plenty of water the day of, plan for recovery time prior to honeymoon, and a “day-of” planner is well worth it!… and of course, hire Bobbi and Mike!!!

[br]Funniest memory from your wedding day?

Sarah: Various poses in the “unboxed” photobooth and my 18 month old niece’s reactions to all things wedding!

Brad: Seeing pictures of late night shenanigans the next day.

[br]If you could do it all over, would you change anything?

Nope! It was a dream! 😀

[br]Where did you go on your honeymoon?

Sorrento, Perugia, and Venice, Italy! 🙂

[br] [br] [br] [br] [br]

Love this one. 😀
See that? That’s near the bottom of the steps of the arch… where there’s usually a road! OHHHH YOU WACKY MISSISSIPPI!

[br] [br] [br]Much love friends!

The famous Kiralee doin’ what she does best!
Her engagement/wedding ring was jaw droppingly gorgeous! Hey Sarah, which way’s the gun show?! BOOOM! Hot tamale 😀This was the reaction from one of the groomsmen upon seeing that Shaun had gifted them all vintage Air Jordan 4’s. This image is very 1960’s Rat Pack 🙂 Especially that look on Robbie Williams’ face. 😉Their first sight would bring even the most stone cold person a tear or two. Ridiculously sweet. 😀You two are way good looking. It’s kind of overwhelming. 😀Notice those shoes? Cool gift my friend! 😀 And hey, thumbs up back atchya!YES! Mike’s favorite ❓It was raining a bit so we took a few photos under the awning. Hottttt legs. 😀That image on the right, I gasped when I saw it happening. It’s my favorite ❗ Click to see my iPhone Instagram sneak peek posted on the day of the wedding. 🙂10 minutes later, again… GASP! My other favorite ❗ I, again, snapped a quick iPhone version for InstagramThese two are absolutely crazy about each other! The Indiana Landmarks Center… our new favorite Indianapolis venue! They had both their wedding and reception here.On the left, Mike’s view. On the right… mine. 🙂BOOM! MARRIED!Another favorite of Mike’s. ❓ That’s Sarah’s gorgeous Mom. They look and act impressively alike.Traditional Bobbi strikes again! 😉 Wanna see the iPhone version? Click. 😀
Even when there’s a first sight, we always insist on 15 minutes of portrait time after the ceremony… there’s a new kind of excitement that doesn’t happen ahead of time. 😀Loving the contrast of the Louboutin’s and Air Jordan’s. Mike says the correct word for is “dichotomy,” but he likes to speak in big fancy words. I’ll let you decide. 🙂My view.Mike’s. 😀You guys know I love me a good dad!My favorite Indianapolis band rocked this wedding… Zanna Doo. 😀Thanks for asking us to photograph your incredible wedding. 😀
