I think California needs more Bobbi/MegMoney. Or maybe Bobbi/MegMoney need more California?! Whatever the case we loved everything about our trip there.

While there we shot one wedding and two sessions. A lot of people ask us how we book sessions in other states? Wellllll…. every time someone inquires from a different part of the country we add them to our “If ever traveling to _____, email them” list. I then email, in order, all of the people who’ve inquired. Badaboom, badabing we’re all booked up. Full disclaimer: sometimes we shoot extra sessions when we travel and sometimes we don’t; so if you see that we’re on the road and didn’t email you… don’t get upset with us. 🙂

Soooo… the Gallardo family has been on my “If traveling to California, email them” list for years… and when I say years, I’m not exaggerating.

Generally when Megan and I travel for weddings and sessions we start our location scouting using Google Street View. I don’t mean to brag but we’re kiiiiiiind of experts at it. 😉

For the last 30 minutes of the session we headed to a beautiful park on a hill. When I shoot these kinds of images in the midwest I have to lay on the ground and fake the hill… in California they really do exist!

I love marriage, I really do. I’m excited to be married again.

Ever since Megan had a son she loves alllll the Momma/son things. “Bobbi, that last one that you took… of Wadlay all snuggled into his momma, it’s my favorite!”
