These were taken the day before St. Patty’s Day… it’s only appropriate that we embrace the greeeeeen! Do you see what I see? 😉 My favorite ❗…just because 😀 Jake, you really rock those glasses. Oh Teran, I adore your spirit. These two are getting married in August, I won’t lie… I’m jealous of their wedding photographer. 🙂 WHATUP ASHLEY! 😉Another favorite. ❗ My goal, every time we shoot, is to photograph what we call your “living room selves”… the you that you are when you’re in your living room and no one’s looking. That’s what I see when I see this image. 🙂 Goal achieved! “Make a chevron!” 😉 Mike’s favorite ❓We usually do our workshops in April, but because last March was so warm I (wrongly) assumed that it would be like that this year too #globalwarming. I will not tell a lie, the weather for our two workshops was miserable (20° windchill)… but our “models” worked it OUT!  From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being such good sports. 🙂

My view. …and Mike’s view. I’m going to call this one a tie. Anyone care to weigh in? He’s Arizona and she’s Colorado… get it?! 😉Wacky Bobbi strikes again!Damn Teran you’re cute! Are your eyes for REAL?! I love photographing love.

How they met :: It was a warm, June morning in 2000. Two young thespians entered Greenfield-Central High School’s auditorium, ready to begin working on Flapper, a production of Hancock County Children’s Theater. Little did they know what that fateful day would hold. As they both entered the doors, they locked eyes from across the room and immediately knew something was there.  Really, we don’t remember meeting each other, but it probably went something like that (or not).

Clearly that was Jake’s answer, so if this sort of ridiculous story is not what you’re looking for, here’s a more normal version:

We met at summer theater camp in 2000.  We were in 5th grade at the time, and I had a major crush on him while he was busy being the most popular guy at camp (there were like five guys total there.  His odds were really good). We kept in touch over the years but nothing ever really came of it.  Eventually I went to visit him in San Antonio just as a fun weekend trip, and we started dating soon after.
