I first met Kelly at Kristen and John’s wedding 7-ish years ago. Kristen is John’s sister. She said to me way back then, “I don’t have a boyfriend yet but someday when I get married, you’re photographing it.” Kelly is a woman of her word!
Kelly reminds me of a young Greta Garbo.
Her dad was so proud. He’s one of my favorite dad’s of all time.
The church was so beautiful!
I asked if they wanted to do any photos in the more colorful parts of New Orleans and Kelly said that she preferred Audubon Park. It was my second time photographing in that park there and let me tell you, it was still just as beautiful as the first time I saw it. Just such a peaceful place.
There’s a little bit of that New Orleans flavor!
