Wow… 26 weeks! That's half the damn year! Wow to us, right?!

Anyway…. I LOST WEIGHT ๐Ÿ™‚ A bit shocking given that it's been a whirlwind of a month!  I went to a workshop where they fed us ham and enchiladas (not to mention the AMAAAAAZING gravy ๐Ÿ˜‰ Nate even suggested I ditch the healthy train and join the gravy train, HAHAHAHA! ). I tell you, when you put yummy food in front of me, I have ZERO discipline! Then flew out to Pittsburgh for an amazing wedding (cannot WAIT to show you those images!) THENNNN Mike went to Florida for a week to left me fend for myself…. to those of you who know me,  you know that Mike spoils me… and I don't do so well on my own ๐Ÿ˜€ (Please know that these are not excuses… I'm just filling you all in on my month ๐Ÿ™‚ )

Soooo, how much weight did I lose?!  Are you on the edge of your seat???? ๐Ÿ™‚ I lost FOUR POUNDS!  Total weight loss: 19.8 pounds ๐Ÿ˜€ YEAHYEAHYEAHYEAHHHH!!!!!!! WOW… nearly 20 pounds?! WOWWWW!!!!!! That's a lot of poundage ๐Ÿ™‚ I'm about 14 pounds away from my wedding weight ๐Ÿ˜‰

About three weeks ago, after being SO discouraged… I had my resting metabolism rate measured.  Given my height, weight and age… they guessed it to be around 1560.  The results? 1130. WOW!!!!!! Scary low. THEN I got even MORE discouraged and almost gave up… had a few bad days in there to prove it ๐Ÿ™‚ I've since been trying to alter my diet to fix that.  I'll keep you all in the loop with all of that stuff….

UPDATED MEASUREMENTS!!!!

Since week one (October 4) of the Healthy Train:

Weight: -19.8lbs

Arms: -2"

Chest: -2.5"

Waist: -4.5"

Hips: -2.75"

Thighs: -4"

TOTAL: -15.75"

 

Since January 5, 2008:

Weight: -26lbs

Arms: -3"

Chest: -2.5"

Waist: -5"

Hips: -3.75"

Thighs: -5" (that number STILL shocks me!)

TOTAL: -19.25"

 

I like this once a month thing MUCH better than every Friday, don't you?!

Now to my favorite part of the healthy train ๐Ÿ™‚ BEFORE AND AFTERS!!!!!!

Edited to add: I just noticed there are more shadows in the newest photo…. which aren't doing me any favors…. I should retake it ๐Ÿ™‚ Yeah, I'm hardcore!!!!

 

Here's the thing I find most shocking…. Uhhh…. WOW! (I'm feeling all America's Top Model with the "100% crop") Now, I'm still quite chubby cheeked… but I always will be ๐Ÿ™‚ Also, it's a bit deceiving because my hair is in my face in the newest photo, but whateva… you get the idea!!!!! 

So, there you have it ๐Ÿ™‚ My updates.  Pretty cool, huh!? For this next weigh in… let's do it Celebrity Fit Club style and get a goal. ๐Ÿ˜€ Mine is… 6 pounds by May 15th. ๐Ÿ˜€ What's yours?
