Secondly, sorry for the delay in this entry… I know I'm a day late… things have been so hectic leading up to our trip to Vegas…. eeeeeks!
And finally…. I've lost .4 lbs this week… better than nothing I suppose. 🙂 I went to the gym Saturday, Sunday, twice on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, skipped Thursday and again on WORKED it on Friday. Did cardio EVERYTIME I went to the gym hoping that that would help…. I suppose it did as I didn't gain this week.
Total weight loss: 12.8 lbs. 😉
Soon I'm going to go have some blood work done to see if I have any hormonal issues with losing weight. Not that I think that's going to be the case… but it'll be nice to eliminate that from my list of thoughts as to why losing weight has become 100x more difficult then it's ever ever been for me.
I'll let you know how that goes… 🙂

Are you still taking your measurements? Is your trainer at the gym taking your BMI? Just because you’re not losing weight, doesn’t mean you’re not losing inches or fat.

You look fantastic, Bobbi. Some good advice I once heard was not to focus too much on counting calories or pounds, but just on living a healthy life — eating well (but not ridiculously so!), exercising, drinking lots of water, and being happy. If you do all that, the pounds will take care of themselves. You’re such an awesome, beautiful, kick-ass girl — so just be healthy and ENJOY it!!

I hope you have a great time in Vegas!! And enjoy yourself….no thoughts of diets!! My nutrition guy reminds me when I get down about how much I have lost in a week that it is so much more than that….like the fact that I have jeans that literally fall off me, or being able to not have to call 911 when going up stairs, or the fact that while walking though Target the other day I was like what is this weird feeling?? and realized it was because my inner thighs weren’t totally rubbing against each other….so point to all this rambling….remember the little things!!
Anyway, this week I lost 2 lbs. with a total of 30 lbs. I am very stoked to hit this number but at the same time know I could have done more because I slacked on the exercise….so this week back to the gym for me!!!

Have so much fun in Vegas!!! Not that you need me to tell you that BUT enjoy the bright lights and parties:) Healthy Training-I fell of the wagon at an all you can eat family style italian restaurant-need not say more. You-keep up the hard work because even if you don’t see it or the scale doesn’t say what you want…it will pay off!
I’ve maintained 🙁 i guess its better than gaining. But today is my last day in the corporate world so i now have no excuse to not be at the gym and eating better.
I lost 1.8 pounds last week =D but I think that basically evened me out from that stupid 4 pound gain. Boo. I’m sure I’ll gain it back this week. hah!

I think I went UP now…kinda freaking out about the trip in one week….not happy AT ALL…but with this new scale, I might have to show I’ve gained a while. Won’t tell weight til I know for sure (and that ‘monthly visitor’ goes away) but just know….girl scouts have done a drive by the WRONG time of the month! GAAAHHH!!
Well even though I’m officially off the healthy train….I’m holding steady at the 5 pounds I did loose, so I’ll take that for now. Want to consistantly go to gym though.

I lost 3.4 pounds this week, and am almost back to where I was. I keep saying that… I am just happy not to be gaining! I was in Devner last weekend, and ate enough for 6 people.

Ugh, I wish I would have found your site sooner! I totally would have been on this with you. I’m just now trying to reenergize myself after blowing off about 5 years. My goal is to make it past 2 weeks. I always seem to make my 2 week/9 pound mark then give up!
I read a quote the other day that stirred something in me “Dream for those who’ve given up – for those that never tried.”
At first I kinda thought “huh?”
Then it slapped me like a brick and I said to myself “which were you, did you give up or did you just never try?”

I’m a stalker coming out of the shadows to say thanks! I’m on my own little healthy train here in Spokane, WA. I’m starting up my business and I was telling my husband that I don’t want to be a “fat photograper.” 😉 Mind you I’m not extremely overweight but the chubby has crept on enough to inhibit me. So I’m down 6 lovely little pounds and when I stop by your blog and see you great progress (and YES, I totally see a difference in your photos) it is inspiring and encouraging. So THANKS! So, I’m doing way crappy…not even going to comment..BUT I signed up for the gym tonight and have my evaluation consult and am resuming the Weight Watchers meetings all this Thurday. Put me down for +4,000 lbs….or how about we just say I lost 0. That might be a little less heartbreaking. 🙂 Vegas looked awesome. So bummed I didn’t make it this year. Maybe next year!

Ya, I feel like a fool … I’m one of those “loser quiter persons” … haha … no I just have to make some “life adjustments” before I can loose any weight, I’ve had a personal trainer for the past 9 months, but haven’t lost any weight and feel as though I might be able to kick anyone’s a$$ and I look like that too … ugh … now on to dieting I guess! Puewie …
