Well, I maintained again but I'm PERFECTLY okay with that 🙂 Afterall… it's just one of those weeks 😉 . HOWEVER… I did take some new measurements as I do once every four weeks and HOLY COWWWWWABUNGA do I have some GOOD news to report!
Since the last time I took measurements which was on the 23rd of November, I've really only lost 2.2 lbs (remember I gained a pound the week of Thanksgiving… whatever, who cares… the past is the past!). HOWEVER…. I must have gained some SERIOUS muscle in that time because I've lost 3.5 inches since then!!!!!!! YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!!!! So, since I started this diet at the beginning of October… here are my new totals:
TOTAL inches LOST since October 4th (healthy train | week 1)? TEN INCHES!!!!!!! 10" 10" 10"

Thighs: -4" AYKM?!
TOTAL inches LOST since January 5th? 13.5 INCHES!!!!!!!
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST since January 5th? ARE YOU READY FOR THIS?! SEVENTEEEEEEN POUNDS! AYKM?!??!!!? 17 lbs GONE! NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!!!!!!
Please don't get me wrong, I still have a LONG WAAAAAY to go! I do have to say that I'm REALLY disappointed in myself for allowing me to become that overweight…. but am INCREDIBLY proud of myself for actually getting off of my lazy butt and DOING something about it.
I promised myself that I would take a new progress photo after I'd lost ten pounds. I've been really putting this off and DREADING it… why is that? Because I was afraid I wouldn't look any different. I don't really see a huge difference in my day-to-day life and I've been thinking that because I have so much weight to lose that the ten pounds that I've lost really won't show. However, I was mistaken!
Because I had already been on the healthy train for 2 weeks when I took that photo, I had already lost 3 lbs…. so that before and after is really only 8 lbs. EIGHT POUNDS MAKES THAT MUCH OF A DIFFFFERENCE?! WOWWWWW!!!!!!! I'm sorry that I'm SO SEXY!!!!! 😉 The BIGGEST difference for me is the belly/waist. AYKM?! The first photo was taken on October 14th and the second one taken today, about nine weeks later… 😀
ALRIIIIIIIGHT enough about MEEEEEE!!!!!! Now on to YOUUUUUUUU!!!!!
Last week we had 32 people weigh in… the total weight loss for these 32… 141.5 pounds 🙂 YIPPEEEEE!!!

I know I say this ALLLLL of the time, but I REEEEALLY cannot thank all of you guys enough… you keep me motivated like you wouldn't believe!
I also want to say thanks to all of our blog readers (who aren't on the healthy train) for your patience… I know that these posts are probably getting annoying to you… but, we've only just begun!
And as far as our famous CHRISTMAS GOAL… let's extend that till January 2nd 😉 Why? Because I'm the boss and I can 🙂 Speaking of… I'm not sure I'm going to be "weighing in" next week because I'm going to be in KC for the week and on Friday… we'll be driving back to Indy 😀
