Okay team… a few things:

  1. I, NEVER in a MILLION years, thought that we'd be receiving SIXTY THREE before photos…. AYKM… 63!??!?!! WOWWWWWZERS!!!!!!  Not only have we received that many photos… there are at LEAST twenty more who've said that they want to participate but haven't been able to take their photos (on vacation, husband's working graveyard shift, at a workshop, camera's in the shop, etc, etc…) and with the 5 days notice… it just wasn't enough. SO, I'm extending the deadline until NEXT Friday. That also means that if you felt rushed into taking your picture and didn't love the quality… you're more than welcome to resubmit. 😀 
  2. Because we did receive SOOOOO many photos… and 90% of them said that the 8 week contest was just the beginning… we've decided to extend… and by extend I mean… EXXXXTENNNNND!  The NEW contest end date is February 19th.  WHY February 19th? Well… most all of you fit into two categories… photographers and Indiana locals… often, both 🙂 MANY people didn't sign up because you're not close to Indianapolis (to receive the prize). SO… February 19th is two weeks before WPPI in Las Vegas…. we'll announce the winner February 26th annnnnnd… we can take your HOT HOT HOT photo IN Vegas 😀 If you're NOT a photographer… and you're still willing to make the trip to Indianapolis OR live here… we can still do the session here. 😀 AHHHH I'M SOOOO EXCIIIIIITED!
  3. If you were only doing this little contest because of it's short termness… then no worries… we're also going to be having a winner then… the prize? $100 gift card to your favorite clothing store 😀 YEAHYEAHYEAH! That's kind of a big deal…! Afterall… it'll be time for some NEW CLOTHES BABIES!!!!!
  4. I've had MANY people ask, "Is it a total loss or body weight percentage lost?" Total loss just isn't fair… As some people only have 15 pounds to lose… while others have more.  So, the answer is body weight percentage… sorta. 😀 Because I don't want anyone being dishonest just to win (I've had this happen in the past)… We will take the top several losers 😉 and show your OH SO dramatic before/after photos to a panel of judges (consisting of health experts) and BADABOOM BADABING we'll have a winner! I think this is the most fair solution to having a contest online. 🙂
  5. I started a "bobbi's healthy train" group on Facebook… ANYONE can join… not just the people with the before pics. My trainer is also a member… so if you have fitness questions, ask 'em there!  If you need encouragement, we're there.  It's already been a great place… as it's SO much easier to do this in a group than by yourself. We'd love to have you there… 😀
  6. If you're a twitterer… And you're on the healthy train… and you happen to twitter ABOUT the healthy train.. be sure to tag it with #healthytrain  K? k. If you're interested, here's my twitter feed.
  7. I don't want to be a debbie downer… but, I REEEEEEEALLY hope that EVERY single one of you are still on this healthy train in February! On my last healthy train, we started with around 75 people… and by the end… of those 75 people… only a small percentage were left.  Don't let me down team… getting healthy is a commitment!
  8. I'VE LOST 2.2 POUNDS THIS WEEK! YESYESYESYES! What a PERFECT way to start off my healthy train! We're not going to talk about how much I've gained back when I wasn't on the healthy train… but, at least we're moving in the right direction! For those of you who started this week… how much have YOU lost????
