this week was also good for me again: Lost another 1.5 kilos (3.3 lbs). So last month I lost about 20 lbs in total 🙂 So happy. My clothes are already loose, going to buy some new stuff the next weeks 🙂

Cathy and I are at a combined 16! Does that count as beating you? Guess not cause it’s two people. You should be very proud of yourself!!!! We got weights yesterday at Target to start burning fat in our arms and get me some muscles. I’ll be one hot photo-guy. Don’t know if I can top Mike though. 😉

Congrats Bobbi on 14!!! So I am currently holding at 5 pounds lost!!! But more importantly (for me anyway) is that I’m keeping up w/ my running!!! I ran 7.5 miles yesterday and a total for the week of 15!!! 🙂

I have no idea how much I’ve lost, if any, because again I’m focusing on toning up. BUT I have been working out at least 3x/week as was my goal!! And…

I seem to have lost 1 inch in my waist and I’ve definitely noticed firmer thighs and caboose! Weee!! AND I have muscles in my arms! I feel so much better too and more energized. I want to see recent pics of you, Bobbi! You must be one bodacious babe now! 🙂

So, unfortunately I have to admit- I gained this week! It was only .2 pounds but still! Sorry to take away from the group weight loss!

Bobbi!!! Wowser! Vegas is looking pretty good baby! You can do it….I on the other hand am fluctuating!!! I think that’s spelled correctly. No poundage lost. Any how…I’m back on the bus and ready to roll.

WOW! COngrats on the 14! I’ve lost 4 more pounds (down 12 total) and I haven’t weighed in several days but I THINK (and hope and pray LOL) that I’ve lost even more:) I realllllllly want to hit the 20-by-Vegas goal 🙂 Then I’ll DESERVE a night or two of sinful Vegas indulgences:) heehee
