These were the last grouped to be photographed in our series of workshopsā¦ and they were oh so easy to photographā¦ almost too easy! At one point I walked up to them and said, āCan you be awkwardā¦ just for a SECOND?ā Iām not kidding, I really did. They tried, they failed.

This image, in my opinion, is the reason why weāre so passionate about our job. I want you all to look at this image and pretend that itās a photo of your grandparentsā¦ before they had kidsā¦ before they were marriedā¦. before they had careersā¦ before anything else, beyond each other, mattered. Someday, this young couple will be grandparentsā¦ and these images will be loved so much more than they are right now. And for that reason, I take this job so incredibly seriously. What we as photographers doā¦ mattersā¦ and it matters a lot.
I hope to someday be your wedding photographer. Pretty please?

i think you two are wonderful. i absolutely love your passion for your job. the comment about the couple as grandparents is so true; i just recently found a picture of my own grandparents before they had kids and it is now one of my most cherished possessions.

Freaking AMAZING guys! All of your images are wonderful. I really thought about what you said about taking a photo of someone when their life is still blossoming. Grandchildren will look back and marvel at the beauty of these photos, and thatās a very powerful thing that encourages me!

Ok, so this is my all time favorite photo shoot of yours yet! I even showed my husband! This couple is soooooo adorable and the backgrounds for every shot are incredible. The chemistry between them is hot and you really brought out their beauty. Kudos to you guys; your workshop attendees got to see greatness in action.
