Sally & Mike… two people who are truly perfect for each other.
Sally had such a great group of women in her bridal party. Though, Sally is such an incredible person that I honestly would expect nothing less.
Mike, reading Sally’s letter.
Ohhhhhh how we adored Sally’s family! Momma Maribeth is one in a damn million and I couldn’t have loved her more.
One of the many reasons it’s, in my oh so humble opinion, imperative to have two wedding photographers is so that moments like the image on the right aren’t missed. Megan always shoots the walk down the aisle while I stay back with the bride and her dad (or whoever is walking the bride down the aisle). I’m usually the only person who gets to witness this, what a cool job I have.
St. John’s is one of the most beautiful Catholic churches in Indianapolis.
I won’t lie, Monument Circle was caraaaazy hectic that day! We always check the event calendar before going but never saw anything about a market fair happening. But we made it work by just switching to a different side of the circle (not my go to). No biggie, we’ll make it work. Then as soon as I lined up the bridal party, a trashcan fire needed to be put out (notice the fire on the right). Thennnnn within that same span of 5 minutes there were not one but TWO proposals happening on the steps RIGHT behind me. Talk about a damn whirlwind!
The Empty Vase never disappoints with their florals!
Confession: most of the time, I prefer the look of a dress bustled vs not. I also think that dresses with trains down for too long will eventually drive a bride crazy. When the train is down, you just feel like you can’t move anywhere without help… and forget about walking backwards! So the second that a dress gets bustled the bride feels immediately more relaxed and more “herself”… if that makes sense.
Father daughter & Mother son dances. 🙂
HA! Be sure to read Mike’s answer for “funniest moment of the day” at the end of the blog post.
Such a beautiful finale to an incredible day.
Sally & Mike; you two, along with your friends and families, truly made us feel so welcomed and loved. From the bottom of our hearts, thanks for everything.

Bobbi
