You’re going to love this wedding, I guarantee it!
Their wedding day was full of so much love.Meet the adorable bridesmaids… I adored every single one of them! 😀 Rebekah, you are such an incredibly kind, warm, genuine soul. The people in your life are beyond lucky to have you. 😀….ohhhh you silllllly grooooooomsmennnnnn……
Our personal rules for ceremonies (when no one has approached us with any restrictions) is to stay respectful of the ceremony and to not cause a distraction. If at any moment I feel that people are paying attention to me then I cease fire.
Here I discretely snuck behind the stage and went for the ten. 😀 …..I’m pretty sure very few noticed that I was so close…. It does help that I’m short and wear dark clothes. 🙂
Their minister was a very kind man. 🙂 My view. Mike’s view. 🙂 That image on the right…. it’s the moment immediately following their kiss. 🙂
I’ve never seen pom pom balls used as a send off…. it was fun! YOU’RE MARRRRRIED!!!!
Time for some super quick wedding party portraits. 🙂That image on the right… it’s my favorite! ❗This was a random field between the church and the country club… and it happened to be made of PURE perfection!
Such pretty light! 🙂….reception time! Ohhhh how I love a first dance! Name this movie! I about died laughing… look in the back left-ish… Marcus agreed! Hope you two had an incredible honeymoon in Banff!

[br]What was the most memorable moment of your day?
Rebekah: Walking down in the aisle!! Turning the corner and seeing everyone I love in one room (and a handsome groom at the other end of the aisle) was priceless. The whole moment probably lasted about twenty seconds, but to me, it felt infinite.
Marcus: This is pretty cliché, but the first time I saw her walking down the aisle. I don’t really know what I was expecting, but man was I blown away. She looked so beautiful and elegant.
[br] Any advice for future bride/grooms?
Marcus: Make sure to just have fun, the details all seem to work themselves out! Also, if your rehearsal is an absolute mess, that is good, you can get those mistakes out of the way before the real thing.
Rebekah: Hire Bobbi + Mike. Just do it. You know you want to! And like Marcus said, don’t sweat the small stuff, especially in the planning process. Focus on preparing for a marriage instead of planning a wedding!
[br]Funniest memory from your wedding day?
Rebekah: Nothing makes me laugh like walking into a dressing room and seeing a life-sized Amy Poehler cardboard cut-out sitting in a chair. Let’s just say, my maid of honor knows me well! I also need to mention that Gram may have taken the cake on this question with her dance moves at the reception…
Marcus: The groomsmen, as well as some of my family, went laser-tagging in the morning. We had a pretty epic time, and it was decently competitive. Each match, when there was about 20 seconds left, it would become pandemonium as everyone rushed into the middle of the arena. A lot of good men died out there…multiple times.
[br]If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
Marcus: I would just do it again. It was just such a fun day, and it was truly amazing to share it with our family and so many of our close friends.
Rebekah: Agreed. I would live that day again in a heartbeat without changing a single thing!
[br]Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We went to Canada for two weeks of hiking, exploring caves and canyons, and enjoying the gorgeous lakes in and around Banff National Park.

Hey Mike… you’re in my shot. Hey Bobbi, you’re in my shot! Who meee?! I sure do love him. 🙂
After the bride and groom had left and we were cleaning everything up I noticed that I still had her veil in my bag… so I did what any sane photographer would do… I grabbed the maids of honor, the bride’s bouquet and I posed it up! 😀 I posted an iPhone pic of this shot on the back of my camera to my Instagram account captioned, “…alllllways the photographer…” 😀 Thanks for having fun with me ladies! Rebekah, I think that this expression is one that our homie Amy Poehler would be proud of!
[br] [br] [br] [br]Rebekah and Marcus, I know how much you appreciate / value art and I know how sacred / important your wedding was… asking us to photograph your wedding was something that we will forever appreciate. 🙂 (I already said this to you in an email but it was worth sharing again).
Much love friends!
