Uhm… so yeah… prepare to have your mind blown…. some of our favorite images of the whole year are about to take over your computer screen. BOOOOM!The key to having a great wedding? Comfortable shoes. I mean, in a nutshell… 😉Morgan and her beautiful Momma Kim.
Mike’s favorite. ❓ When I showed him the blog entry he smiled… “Now that’s pure joy.”Morgan worked her booty off for this killer body. She has TRX studio F3 to thank for that!
Her Koda. 🙂I’d say they approve……meanwhile…Hot tamale men in tuxes? Does it get any better?! Nope! Can we be friends with your friends? No really, can we? 😀
….alright… back to this beauty! Hooooly gorgeous bridesmaids Batman! Oh, and not only are they ridiculously good looking, they’re ridiculously fun, too. 😀
The above two images were shot at a random auto repair shop down the road from the ceremony site. Right before we left, we popped in to say thanks and get a photo with the owner and his trusty (hockey-fan) employee.…then it was getting married time. Morgan, I put this one up just for you. 🙂 I love everything about it!…right before she entered the barn. Hey Mac, thanks for loving her so much. You’re one in a million. If you guys choose to have children someday… I hope you have at least one daughter. Just sayin’. 😉Their ceremony was supposed to be outdoors… but it rained. All. Damn. Day. Long. At the beginning of the day Morgan and I were a bit bummed about the forecast (all while keeping a positive attitude). By the end of the day she couldn’t quit raving about how great the rain was. 🙂 I couldn’t have agreed with her more.
This barn was the back up ceremony spot. The back up! REEEALLY?! I’ve never seen anything so gorgeous! Good work Momma Gina!
I love how Mac is looking at her while he’s supposed to have his eyes closed. Such a rebel. 😉KODA’S BACK!Oh, and those umbrellas aren’t just props.I’d like to give a very high five to this whole wedding party! Yeah, it’s raining. Yeah, it’s cold. Yeah, you might mess your hair up. But you know what… it’s what the day was, and it was perfectly imperfect. Our job is to capture the day as it happens. We could have tried to shoot and process them so that it looked like a sunny day, but… well… it wasn’t. 😀 Bottom line, thanks for embracing the situation. K, that’s all. 🙂 (If you look close you can actually see the rain coming down)First dance. Hey future brides… twinkle lights (AKA Christmas lights) win at life. DO IT!The same barn where the ceremony was transformed into a gorgeous reception.Mac’s sister Carolyn has an impressive high kick! Oh, and Jen has strong quads! My favorite wedding band of all time Zannadoo rocked this wedding. I happened to remember they do a few Lady Gaga songs. I also happened to remember that Mary (we shot her wedding in June) is a bit of a Gaga fan (“a bit” miiiight be an understatement). I asked the coordinator if she could make it happen. The coordinator also happens to be Mary’s mom. Badaboom Badabing… “JUST DANCE!”…last song of the night. And… my favorite ❓SPARKLERS!!!! (Another one just for you Morgan… 😉 )

[br]What was the most memorable moment of your day?
morgan: I will never forget those last few moments leading up to walking down the aisle. My dad and I walked up a gravel path with a slight drizzle coming down as my little brother helped carry my veil. As we got closer, I could hear the Forrest Gump song playing and tears began to fill my eyes. I could see Mac more clearly at the end of the aisle. My dad was holding my hand so tight. All of our friends and families faces aglow by candle light. That walk to my future husband is one I will never forget. 🙂
mac: Seeing Morgan walk down that aisle!
[br] Any advice for future bride/grooms?
morgan: To say it rained a little on our wedding day would be an understatement. It RAINED ALL DAY. It is funny how we look back and think we would not change a thing… even the forecast if we could. The rain forced our ceremony to be moved inside the barn where our friends and family watched us say our vows by candlelight.
mac: Really take the time to just pause, hold your wife’s hand, and just take in the moment.
[br]Funniest memory from your wedding day?
mac: The speeches and Koda visiting!
[br]If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
mac: Not a single thing.
[br]Where did you go on your honeymoon?

See! I wasn’t lying… the turquoise wall really was an auto repair shop. 🙂Me and the two videographers… who also happen to be great wedding photographers. Me with my brides! Morgan and Mary. 🙂
It’s fair to say we’ve never seen such a rainy/dreary wedding day… it’s also fair to say that this was one of the most fun weddings we’ve photographed with images that we’re incredibly proud of. Do you see where I’m going with this? Yep… Alanis Morissette had it wrong… rain on your wedding day isn’t a bad thing, nor is it ironic for that matter. 🙂 My point… make the most of what ever is handed your way and you’re guaranteed to have an incredible life. BOOOOM! I just got way deep. Shiz… I shouldn’t be drinking wine while writing blog entries should I?!
Morgan and Mac, photographing your day was one of the highlights of my year. Thank you for being you and asking us to photograph your perfect day.
We adore you. Duh.

Bobbi & Mike…that’s pure magic right there. Holy wowzers. I smiled through the whole blog post.
Gorgeous! I especially love the umbrella one with the wedding party.
Soooooooo awesome Bobbi and Mike! Beautiful work, beautiful bride, BEAUTIFUL wedding party and day! Love your post! 🙂
I don’t even know where to start! I’ll just say that I am tearing up over here (no wine involved). I was involved in a rainy (full on downpour) wedding day that was suppose to have an outdoor ceremony. After moving on through plans B, C, and D, it was finally pulled off. I get the hustle that was involved in this. Kudos to all you people who made this beautiful in spite of the rain! These are gorgeous images of an obviously happy day. Love her dress, love the flowers, love the turquoise wall, love the barn.
AWESOME!!!!!! What a fabulous day!!! Awesome captures of all this love and fun!!!

I am seriously in love with this whole wedding. But most of all the first dance picture. I love how she’s holdeing her grooms hand and he’s holding her back. It makes me happy 🙂

This made me teary! It started with the photo of Morgan and her Koda. Then they fell when I saw her about to walk down the aisle. And that was the BACKUP ceremony location??!? BBMK…you two are unreal. You make me want to be friends with these gorgeous people too. Well freaking done.
