These were taken in Northern Indiana… on a freakishly cold/dreary/rainy October day… as in… FREEEEZING… I told the girls to bundle up tiiiiight 😉 Let me just say, not for one milisecond did Kate complain about ANYthing! Most brides would be totally bummed about the weather… not Kate… nothing could have broken her smile that day.

OHHHH HOW I LOVE THIS! Because it was so cold outside, we utilized this little train station waiting thing. I’m sure it has a better name than that. 
In between the ceremony and reception, there was a lot of extra time… so, Kate and Eric hosted many of their friends and family at their house where they relaxed, watched football and drank beer. 🙂 In the midst of all of that, someone decided to play “Sink The Biz.” If you’re an IU alum… you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about, right?! For those who aren’t… I’ll explain 🙂
The game requires at least a bucket, a floatable glass, at least three players and beer. The bucket is filled with a pitcher of beer and a glass is placed in that beer. Each person has a beer, which they pour into the floating glass until it sinks. A good, proper pour requires a steady hand, which doesn’t last long as each person becomes more and more intoxicated. 🙂 The one who sinks the glass must remove the glass from the bucket and drink the beer in it. BADABOOM BADABING!

The night was done… our gear was put away, we were saying goodbyes… when we heard grunting. HUH?! We glanced back and saw THIS! A pushup competition! Strike that… a pushup competition while intoxicated. So yes yes yes… Mike unpacked a camera nd took a photo… how could we resist?! Oh, and for those paying attention… yes, that’s Erik 😀

eric: We laughed for the whole first dance, we just can’t remember why now!

ANNNNND… me with my brides 😀 Well, kinda 😀 Kristin, on the right, was the first to get married and wanted us to be her photographer…. but, we were already booked 🙁 She has been in all of these girls weddings and when we’d take the official “Bobbi bride” photo at the end of the night… it just never felt right leaving Kristin out.. but a technicality is a technicality! 😉 However, after much consideration… I made an exception! From left to right, Angie, Nicole, hot tamale, Kate and introducing the ONE & ONLY honorary Bobbi bride… Kristin! 
Nicole and Kristin are sisters… actually, they’re triplets… how cool is that?! Anyway… towards the end of the night they realized that this was our last hoorah… as the group is now all officially married. So, they came up with a GENIUS idea! To befriend our brides and be their bridesmaids 😀 GENIUS! 😀 OHHHH how I love you two! I can 100% back them up… there are few bridesmaids who are as amazing at BEING a bridesmaid. So, future Bobbi brides… NEED BRIDESMAIDS?! 😀

I’m not even sure words can explain how amazing these are! It was such a perfect day in every single way! Everyone kept saying how lucky we were to have such good photographers as friends 🙂 Thank you both for being such a big part of our day. We love you both so very much and no worries we decided the ride isn’t over yet…We are going to start renewing our vows…Kristin is up first!

Absolutely fabulous! Kate told me the pictures were up during work. I spent the rest of the afternoon just looking at one and then another….every new class of kids that came in got to see the pictures of my daughter Kate and new son-in-law (Derek)Eric. I simply love the black and white train depot one and Colleen lacing up Kate’s dress and of course Dad and Kate and….oh well I love them all. Can’t wait to see the rest.
