I don't think the traveling (Kansas City and Chicago) all week week was uhm…. good for the diet π So, I'm going to assume that I didnt lose anything. I can't be too hard on myself so, whateva… there's always next week π

Here's a photo of the PHENOMENAL Kate and FABULOUS Andrea. Kate (on the left) was inspired after our VERY FIRST healthy train to start working out and eating better. Since then…. she's lost THIRTY TWO POUNDS!!!!!!!!!! YEAHYEAHYEAH! Well, she's newly motivated and excited since we started the NEW AND IMPROVED Healthy Train (yes, that was CHEESETASTIC) and from memory has lost another SIX pounds since we started this thing again…. YAHOOOOSKI!
How do I know these two lovelies, you ask? We shot Andreas wedding back in September 2007… and Kate was a bridesmaid. I IMMEEEEEEDIATELY fell in love with them… and we've been PHENOOOOOMENAL friends ever since π
Once she reaches her goal… I cannot WAIT to take some new portraits… CANNOT WAIT! Kate I'm picturing… J.Crew, orange door, lotsa texture… D7D!

I lost THREE pounds this week (for a total of 4.4….almost half way to my goal for Christmas)!!!!
I only worked out twice, which means next week I’m gonna kick it into high gear and lose even more! Thank you sooo much for this kick in the butt…I needed it to get going with this weight loss and stop making excuses!

My husband and I have been doing WW since we got married in february..did really good at first…he lost 50 and i lost 15…but we’ve hit a plateau and need to get in gear again…my goal is 10 more by Christmas!!

X-mas goal? It’s to be 14 lbs down.
This was not a good week for me Bobbi! I gained 1 lb!! SO I am back up to 8lbs.I was not feeling well the last week and a half and totally stopped my awesome eating and walking Γ’β¬Β¦.. But its okayΓ’β¬Β¦. My goal was to loose 14 lbs by Christmas and IΓ’β¬β’ve already lost 8, so thatΓ’β¬β’s only 6 more in 7 weeks! Im sure I can pull it off if IΓ’β¬β’ve lost 8 lbs in 6 weeks! π
I lost 1 lb this week (how that happened with Halloween candy in the house, I don’t know…..but I’m not complaining!) which puts me half way to my goal! I can do it!
A big fat zero. I did not do good at ALL this week, but I knew I wouldn’t be losing. Sigh.
i am EXTREMELY sad to report i gained .6! i was so mad because i actually did good this week. however, i introduced a kick butt personal trainer into my life and he shredded my muscles so they said my muscles are probably retaining lots of water…blah,
No change for me this week π Which is a bummer because I did yoga 2x and went to the gym 2x this week. But I guess the sangria I indulged in may make a difference…
I lost ZERO pounds this week. π I didn’t lose any last week either. I really need to be more strict I guess. π I should be positive and say at least I didn’t gain…right?
I didn’t comment last week…and halloween was rough–but since the last time I weighed in–2 more pounds. yay!
This is sad. I didn’t do too well either – i was sick – even though with being sick i thought i would lose but i had too much comfort food (and leftover Halloween Candy) and gained 2 lbs back – I wiLL lose that 2 lbs PLUS some next week – i don’t like this reverse negative crap π
Halloween and That special time of the month did not help me. I’m down 0 lbs. I’m really going to have to work next week.

I lost 1.4 pounds this week!
Down 4 this week! I did good. π 4 more to go but Thanksgiving week is going to be a rough one! I am going to visit family in MA and I eat eat eat the whole time I am there. Lol.
Bobbi, count me as a zero this week too. Hubby has family in town and they are party animals π I have been drinking almost EVERY night this week (and I am so tired of it, lol) not to mention all the halloween candy. I still have worked out several times this week, plus played a lot of Wii (suffering some Wii shoulder right now) so I feel okay, but the weight has not budged. I will be back on track next week.
My goal for Christmas is 6 lbs on top of the four I already lost. So that’s ten lbs total.
Lost 1 lb! YAY! not a ton but at least i am on a downward track π
I didn’t lose anything this week which is crazy considering i’ve been eating salads like crazy. I’m going to the Dr. in the next week though and get my thyroid checked out. It shouldn’t be this hard!

I suck at weight loss…I mean, I KNOW what it entails; just can’t do it. The only time I’ve lost weight and been happy about it, i.e., not on a DIET, was during my pregnancies and the six months of nursing afterward. Once that’s over, all hell breaks loose, and I gain most of it back. *sigh* I’m hoping that running all over shooting photos in this new business of ours will help get me moving…
