I lost a pound. But I think I will have a gain this week. Just because, it’s “that week,” and I always seem to have a gain.

Well…i maintained this week too. But,i had my first 2 sessions at the gym this week so with another 2 session next week hopefully ill start feeling and maybe seeing the results soon. I hope anyway!
hmmm, did I totally miss last week?? As wedding season approaches as does the craziness and forgetfulness I suppose. Anyways I lost another 3lbs last week 🙂 YIPPEEEE!!! total loss is 32.6!!

haha…debbie downer that made me laugh!! Maintaining is good..I had done that the last 2 weeks and I was discouraged, but this week I gained 2 and now I am mad!!
my nutrition guy has totally changed things up including doing a detox so the next few weeks should be interesting!

I finally lost a couple pounds after signing up weeks ago! 2.2 to be exact! I’ve started using the Lose It! application on my iPhone and I think it really makes you pay attention to how much you’ve eaten. I also loooove entering in my exercise and then seeing how many MORE calories I can eat! haha! I love food…..so sue me. 🙂

I’m not sure if you got my 1 lb last week. I’m also down another .5. not much but it’s something!
ok, i have a confession! the reason i haven’t reported my weight loss this year is because after xmas, i back slid…a LOT! i’m not proud, but it is what it is.
so, the past week or so i’ve gotten back on track! increased my work-outs, and been a total crazy calorie counter! and now i’m 2 lbs away from my xmas goal weight. so, when i reach and surpass that, i’ll start reporting again!
P.S. you guys have all been an inspiration!
okay, so, last week I lost a lousy .4 pounds. Putting me at 7.3 pounds lost total in four weeks! Not horrible, I guess, but not as much as I wanted! GRR!!
We should totally add Andy to this list. Andy Shaw, of amanda fales photography, ( 🙂 ) , lost 2.5 pounds last week for a total of TWELVE POUNDS total in 4 weeeks!

Sorry I’m late reporting! I maintained too so I wasn’t really hopping to get over here. lol
So, ive been watching awhile now, and meaning to join up… maybe this will be a little more motivation to kick my own butt at the gym harder every day!
I have been following this for weeks now and decided to join in reporting my loss. since the start of the year I have lost 20.5 pounds. I have a lot more to go. Maintaining is a pain but you will start losing again. Just hang in there!!
I lost 2.3 this week!!! YAY! I started working out recently at Curves and watching my portions. I’m really excited because this is the first of 4 weeks that I actually lost weight.

I’m shocked you found my blog, but soooo glad you did. Thank you again for your inspiration. I’ve been going at this for ten days and have lost 4.1 pounds. Hey, it’s a start, right? I’ll be sure and update you along the way. Good luck as you strive towards your goal. 🙂

Well, I’m not sure how you’re counting, but I started my healthy train two months ago when I found out that I had about 12 pounds or so to lose. I lost 5 on my own, but this week I lost one pound (they say that’s how slow it goes at the end 🙁 ) But I recently consulted a doctor/nutritionist who is helping me learn the right things to eat. I’ve never felt more satisfied and less bloated 😀 IF you wanna know more, lemme know 🙂
I’m only at 1.5. Ah, that’s sad. I can do better!

Um, I have to officially resign from the Healthy Train because I AM PREGNANT! So I will just be ruining the curve for everyone! I lost 10lb while it lasted!
