Holy shipoopie batman! Seriously… wow… WOW!
With the halfway point, I encourage our healthy trainees to send in progress pics… I got 11 back… and I’m BLOWN away by them!
Are you as absolutely speechless and motivated as I am right now?! I couldn’t be more proud of each and every single one of you! OH HELLLLLL YES! Jodi, your transformation from 09 to today is unbelievable. You are the definition of determined! 😀
As for me… I’ve gained back some of the weight I’ve lost. Stress, traveling, workload and schedule have sucked me right in. I’m not making excuses… trust me, I’m disappointed in myself. 🙁 It’s been a roller coaster these last few months. I feel like I’ve let so many people down 🙁 Needless to say, no progress pics for me 🙁 But, I’m kicking it into high gear.
Enough of my pity party! Let’s celebrate the people who are working this shiz out… BRING ON THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! Oh… wait… uhm… strike that… BRING ON THE BROCCOLI!!!!!
Much love friends!
~bobbi ❗
wow! these guys are huge inspiration to get back at it. i’ve slacked so much this past month and gained almost all of it back….time to start back up again!
Great job everyone!!! We’re all such great inspirations to each other. Jodi your transformation is amazing. All of you look fantastic. I’m so proud to be part of such a group of hard working ladies!!!!
Way to go everyone!!! I wasn’t able to get my half way photo in, but still kicking! I am determined to get to goal, though it may not be this round. Keep going ladies, you are killing it! 🙂
First off, great job everyone. The pics are amazing to say the least. As for me, I am on the similarly almost derailed train with Bobbi. Insanely busy schedules and stress of grad school and house renovations have gotten the best of me. I am down from the beginning… But not nearly enough to be put in the same category as you guys. I WILL DO BETTER! Graduation in 3 weeks. Then time to get it gear. Keep up the great work everyone!
Wow! Congratulations all of you!!!! 🙂 I’ve struggled with my weight for years, so I know how hard it is when trying to lose weight. I recently gained some weight back and I am currently working to that lose weight again. What you all have done here is so motivating and inspiring! Keep up the great work!
You all look amazing! Such an inspriration to keep going. I have been overweight all of my life. Lose, gain, lose, gain…story of my life. After I had my first baby in 2006, I started my life style change. I lost 100 lbs and I actually felt small, for the first time in my life. I never felt so alive. I was more confident. Took more risks. Excelled like never before. I was scared to death of getting pregnant again b/c being pregnant AND a history of being overweight was NOT cool. I vowed to not gain as much as I did w/ the first. Guess what – I gained even more. I tried my best…it was just that my body + being preggo didn’t mix. 11 months later, I still have 10 lbs to lose to get back to pre-baby weight and 20 after that to get to my “comfortable” weight. But, you know what…I’m not worried. If you make it a lifestyle change and always remember how wonderful you felt, how alive, you will be there again. Just keep swimming. 🙂
wow. I’m jealous. I signed up for the first healthy train and realized shortly thereafter I was pregnant. So grateful for my cute baby, but now I’m gonna kick it into gear. I love how honest but positive you are, bobbi.
Jodi you have abs! I want Healthy Train to keep going so I can get some abs too 🙂
Bobbi I hope you are giving yourself some credit for what you’ve done. You’ve inspired hundreds of people over the years to make changes to their lives, changes that will keep us all around longer. I would not have had the follow-through that I do if I didn’t have this challenge pushing me to do better and better every day. Thank you so much for sponsoring that!
Aw, is the person in #1 unable to share? I was looking forward to theirs.
it was optional 🙂
All of you are INCREDIBLY beautiful and inspiring. Jodi – have to say you had some sexy curves in your before picture – but I love how your profile completely changed in the new picture. Wow. You look amazing.
bobbi, you and all these people are awesome! i totally want on this healthy train! i need some people to motivate me to work out, but i don’t really have anyone. i just moved from kansas to michigan! anyways, i would love to know if you are having another one of these… congrats to everyone!
You are inspirational. Period.
Don’t fret, my pet, and keep at it! Good luck to you and all of the participants – you guys are awesome for doing this! 🙂
Wowza! Is that motivation right before your eyes or WHAT! Amazing! Well done beautiful women!
