A huge shoutout to Ilene, owner of Classic Cakes, for helping our vision and sketches come to life! 😀 Their attention to detail was remarkably impressive! Looking for the best cakery in town? Look no further!
Everything you see there… the ENTIRE thing was edible… to include the little bobbi+mike fondant snowmen! See all of that snow sugar? – we used about 15 lbs of it just for the snow. That gingerbread creation weighed about 15 lbs too…so there’s probably close to 30 pounds of sugar in that photo. Yeahhh… enough to make your teeth ache and your belt to burst just at the thought of it! (my dorko husband just did the math and says that’s about 53,000 calories worth of sugar in the photo)
BTW, I don’t think anyone caught our way too subtle “easter egg” in there…

See that picture of Mike laying on my lap near the top right corner? I guess we were too convincingly awkward. It recently went viral, “WalMart Called, Your Photos are Ready.” I’ve always known we’d someday hit the big time… it’s too bad that we had to look like this on our big debut! 😉 Thanks to all of you who emailed and messaged to let us know that we were infamous. 😀

To those who were supposed to get one and didn’t, over the last week we’ve had 30+ returned to us because our laser printer didn’t seal the toner down (or something technical like that) on a few of the cards, the address had worn off as it made it’s way through the postal system. Womp womp wommmmp…

I have loved you guys since you took my friend Christin and Josh’s wedding years ago and have followed you ever since!!! I look forward to your card every year, but I had to write in because my husband was looking at this website that posted funny holiday pictures and one of your fake awkward family ones made the top ten…hahaha.
