We are college sweethearts (Texas Tech), introduced through good friends, who definitely take all the credit! We were friends for a long time before actually dating, because we were both too stubborn to admit we had feelings for one another! But once we made it official, there was no stopping us.

In five words...Sleep in and have a big breakfast, then pack a picnic lunch, load into the car (with the dogs too!) and head to the beach or park for the day to play. We would return home for a long nap, then go for a walk around the neighborhood before dinner on the back patio — anything Troy grills is delicious. After a dozen stories and bedtime for the kiddos, Troy and I would sit on the patio with a glass of wine, then pile into bed for a Netflix marathon!
