As we were walking through the alleys, we found an old door sitting next to someones trash. After we took a few photos with it I wanted to take it home with me… and Mikey wouldn’t let me. Jerk.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. Ashley and Chris drove in 6 hours from Columbia, Mo for this session (GO MIZZOU!). Yeah, quite the haul… quite the dedication… which = QUITE THE PRESSURE FOR US!!!! Well, that’s only pressure that we put on ourselves… but really, WOW to that!!!!!

Now, as you may or may not be able to tell by looking at the photos… from climbing to cartwheels… I made them work for it. 🙂 But COME ON…. look at them… they’re in ridiculously good shape! About 3/4 through the session Ashley looks over at me and says, “WOW! I’m going to have to work out before the wedding!” HAHA! For the record, I climbed to all of the spots before they did just to make sure it was easy enough to do and that things were sturdy enough. I would never ask someone to do something that I’m not willing to do myself. HOWEVER, I’m not capable of doing a cartwheel 🙂

Ashley just graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in photojournalism. 🙂 I remember her emailing last fall asking about an internship. 😀 Also in that email she said that when she became engaged, that she would definitely be in touch with us. 🙂 Well… just like Jenna… she emailed the day after her proposal to check our availability. 😀 The best part? we’re shooting their wedding in COLORADO!!!!! 🙂

Thank you guys for being so easy to photograph! You’re both so full of energy and life… I can’t WAIT to spend an entire day with you two in July!
