You guys know how I feel about a solitaire. And if you don’t… I’ll tell you… I LOOOOVE THEMMMM!!!!Ashley and Brent both got ready at their home. Ashley was upstairs. Brent was downstairs. How they didn’t run into each other is pretty impressive. 🙂Did I already mention that their wedding was at the ZOOOOO?!….it’s about to happen… Far left little girl reminds me of a young Drew Barrymore!Wuv… twuuu wuv…. This is the first time I’ve ever photographed a wedding at a zoo… and it certainly did not disappoint! My faaaaavorite! ❗Thanks you two for trusting me. 🙂

 [br]What was the most memorable moment of your day?

Ashley:  Walking down the aisle with my father and seeing all our family and friends. I could hardly look at Brenton because I was ready to burst into tears. I understand why couple’s do a first look.

Brent: Seeing my bride for the first time.

[br] Any advice for future bride/grooms?

Ashley:  We couldn’t decorate our venue until an hour before the ceremony. If you have this, make sure you have an army of helpers and your instructions to family & friends are very clear. Give them pictures of how you want everything to look.

Brent: Plan early, and plan extensively. It’s never too soon to get started.

 [br]Funniest memory from your wedding day?

Ashley:  Watching my husband dance with his mother for their song was great. The song was hilarious, and they had lots of choreography.

 [br]If you could do it all over, would you change anything?

Ashley:  My biggest regret was forgetting to give my husband his gift before the wedding. It was hidden in a drawer at home, and in all the chaos I forgot it. He had to wait until after the night was over.

Brent:  Absolutely nothing.

 [br]Where did you go on your honeymoon?

After the wedding we took a few days off & stayed local. Our one-year anniversary will be our real honeymoon. We think a tropical island getaway sounds perfect.

I have stared at this photo for an embarrassingly long time. Now I am admittedly quite short (5’2″)… and Ashley and Brenton are tall (my best guess is 5’8″ and 6’1″ respectively).  In this image, I’m only standing approximately 7 feet behind them… and I’m on the same level as they are (as in, they’re not on a stage)… HOWWWW is it that I look soooo shooooort?! This photo just doesn’t make sense! Thank you two for EVERYTHING!!!! Seriously, thank you!
