My view 🙂
Can you tell what book that is?
I couldn’t resist the dramatic light… GO FIGURE!
AHHHH… EXPLOOOODING WITH CUUUUUUTENESSSSSS!!!! There’s that faux-hawk again!
Someday, when Andrew is allll grown up… he’ll have this sitting on his desk at work… I’ll betchya $10 I’m right! This is definitely my favorite! ❗
Andrew is always throwing his hands in the air and shaking them really fast. Benjamin said he’s saying “what’s uppppppp?!?!?!!”
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. Yes yes yes… Third time we’ve photo’d THIS family too.
First time: they were already married and wanted some photos of just the two of them before they had babies…. an interesting tidbit: I asked them that day when they were officially planning on “trying to conceive” Ann’s response, “today!” So here’s a photo from the DAY they started trying to make Andrew… isn’t that cool?!
Taken July 16, 2007
Second time: Andrew was just about 3 weeks old…
And now, the third time… he’s 5 months!
Ann and Benjamin are SUCH perfect parents, as you can CLEARLY tell by looking at these images. It’s so neat to have known them before parenthood, during pregnancy and now… the parents of an infant. 😀
I KNOW that Ann LOVES getting Andrew’s photos taken…. so I KNOW that that baby will be making MANY appearances on this blog… and JUST like Miles… I have a feeling we’ll be shooting his senior portraits, too! 2026 😉 (For some reason, typing these years makes me giggle).
LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Here’s Mike taking my favorite photo from above. 🙂

NO WAY! I LOVE THIS POST!!!! So precious!!!! That last one with the animated photo is hilarious. Great way to start the day!
Oh, that family is just beautiful!!!!
I feel like I need to meet Annie, Ben and Andrew. You know, to start our club of the “ben photographed by Bobbi + Mike three times” or something. ; )
BTW, the idea of these boy’s senior photos cracks me up too!
Love ’em!
Aren’t papasan chairs the best for holding babies?? Such a cute family, love the photos! Especially # 1!
Ummmm, seriously, Annie? These photos are fabulous – you guys look beautiful. Nice work, Bobbi + Mike! 🙂
Oh my GOSH!!! I love the animated photo at the end!! That pretty much sums up our photography life. 🙂 They are such a cute family and these were some great photos for them to cherish for many many years. I love the one of them reading the book and Andrew is the only one not looking. 🙂 The dramatic light is of course great, and your fav Bobbi is the photo every Mother hopes to have with her baby. Beautiful session you 5!
Absolutely precious in every way. And is the book Where the Wild Things Are? Great book 🙂

I think it looks like Ben is directing a song in that still motion shot. These are so amazing. I love to see how your clients have changed in just a few short months. Beautiful family, beautiful images! And Mike’s favorite freakin’ rocks!
I LOVE them. What an adorable baby, and parents!! And who is that skinny chick in front of the window holding a camera in front of her face?! She’s HOT. LOL Yeah, that’s right. I can already tell a difference! You’re convincing me to scrape the bottoms of my piggie bank to pay for a personal trainer. LOL 😀
I CAN’T WAIT FOR JUNE!
I’m IN LOVE!!!!!!!! I knew you had done a fabulous job just seeing the pics on your camera during the shoot but W.O.W. You have done it again, these are just priceless! I can’t even pick a favorite!! And yes, you will totally take his senior portraits – should we just book you now? LOL.
I agree with Betsy, I think we need to meet Miles and the gang and start a “We Heart Bobbi and Mike” club 🙂

Thank you for sharing that last .gif. Totally reminds me of every single baby portrait session I’ve been on. Parents will dance like monkeys and pretty much do whatever it takes to get a little giggle from their baby.
Totally worth it, though, when they see the pictures. (;
