Meet Anna and Patrick; they’re getting married in November in Fort Wayne. 🙂

She likes to laugh. He makes her laugh.  Translation: they’re perfect for each other.

Anna also happens to have one of the most beautiful smiles north of the Ohio River!

These photos were taken at Patrick’s parents’ beauuuuutiful lake house. It’s been in his family for like 1000 years.*

*I mean… give or take a few hundred years.

…and Patrick, ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THOSE FRECKLES?!?! Freckle game: WAY strong! I’m not worthy. By the way, he’s not Irish. WHAAAAAT??!!?

Patrick’s mom is a master gardener! She went to WORK getting all of the landscaping ready in time for the session. We were truly blown away!

Knowing people is my jam; and by that I mean I can tell a lot about a person after only knowing them an hour. In the midst of the session I said, “Patrick, you seem like the kind of guy who has 12 groomsmen and drinks whiskey.” He looks at me with an astonished look and says (I’m paraphrasing), “Wow! I wanted 12 groomsmen and I DO drink whiskey!” Boom, nailed it. 😉

In the midst of the session it POURRRRED rain (and I’m not exaggerating) so we put everything on hold for like 30 minutes and waited for it to pass. That’s why in some of the photos Anna’s hair is a little wet.

That dimple?! Hot DAMN you sure are beautiful!

Thanks for being you, I can’t wait to photograph your wedding in just a few short months. 😀
