Texas session #4 out of 8. π
This family is, to date, the most energetic family we’ve photographed. As a matter of fact, if you look up “fun parents”Β in the dictionary… you’ll findΒ a photo of Angie and Matt. 
Cal and Ava, though 3 years apart, are the best of friends.Β Usually with a little brother/big sister situation… the big sister is totally annoyed with her little brother.Β Not Ava though… she thinks Cal’s hilarious. Though, that may be a different story when they’re not getting their photo taken π 
Matt could throw Cal higher than I’ve EVER seen a dad throw a kid…. EVERRRR!
Mark my words… Cal, someday, is going to be a very well paid comedian.Β He spent the ENTIRE session trying to make me laugh.Β It worked.Β

I couldn’t get my eye close to the viewfinder because I’m a girl π I won’t lie… getting up and down from there wasn’t comfortable… nor was it pretty/graceful (I skinned my shin coming back down)… but it was TOTALLY worth it!

oh, my! I just adore you and your work! My heart gets heavy EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I see new family posts as my family grows older and I do not have these images of my own. I know you are the perfect photog for us, and somehow life gets busy and another year passes…tears:( Must.Get.On.Your.Schedule!!

This is the BEST family shoot ever! I hope they love the TRUE essence of what a family is all about and not all the ‘posey, posey” shots most people consider portraits. BEAUTIFUL. Thanks for sharing!

OHHHH BOBBI AND MIKE!!! This session is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! You can just totally pick up on the amazing chemistry of this little family.
And that little man…he is ADORABLE. have they ever thought about getting him into acting? This is TOTALLY random, but something about him makes me think he’d be the PERFECT cast for Dexter’s son (maybe b/c he looks like he could be Michael C. Hall’s kid). Again, TOTALLY random.

This is one of my favorite family sessions that you guys have done! I LOVE the first one!
OK, so this is an awesome family session – one that I, as a mother, am very envious of I must say. Each and every shot is wonderful, especially the one where Dad is pitching Cal into the blue sky…love that!! And whose side am I on? BOTH, but for completely different reasons. Well, except for Cal’s face in both. lol
love these, but the one of dad chucking the little guy up in the air is nothing short of amazing- both for the photo and for the fact that he can get him that high!!! Oh, and love the Airstream trailers you guys used in your Texas shoots!
They really do look like they are full of energy! What a fun session π I have to admit that both photos are awesome…. but I am voting Bobbi’s picture this time… AMAZING π

Ohhh …. just what I’ve been waiting for! It just so happens that Angie, Matt, Ava, and Cal are great friends of ours! Everything written about this family is true …. they are just as full of love, fun, energy, and beauty as what you see portrayed in these photos. You did such an amazing job of capturing their pure essence on film!
