Gosh I love black and white…
Shot this in front of what I thought was simply a cool texture. Right as we were finished a lady comes out and asks what we’re doing… we tell her we’re shooting engagement photos. She responds, “well, just so you know this is a divorce attorney’s office….” Um… okay… I get the irony…. do you REALLY need to come out and rain on our happy parade… PSH!

How they met, as told by Amanda :: In the summer of 2013, our mutual friend, Max, was visiting New York. He invited me for drinks to catch up one night. I thought I was just getting together with an old friend, but little did I know that Jared had also been invited. In fact, Max had already planted the seed with Jared, by saying “I’ve got this girl who would be PERFECT for you!” After a little while of getting to know each other as friends, we started dating, and figured out why we were really there that summer night—to end up together forever 🙂

Wow, I am speechless! I knew you guys were good, but I could not imagine that such beautiful photos could result from prancing around and goofing off in my old stomping grounds. You were able to capture us in a light that feels so genuinely us! The pretty spring sun may have helped but you guys are what made it happened! I’m so pumped right now!
