We started the session at their favorite local Lafayette restaurant. 
The light that day was SO incredible! Oh, and through those amazing teal doors is where Katy works. 🙂
Yep… he’s as tall as he appears… 6’5″ to be exact….
Oh! Did I mention that Josh is a WORLD Deaflympics record-holder in the high hurdles?! Though he’d never mention it… he’s the definition of humble. 🙂 Katy is his biggest fan! Althooooough…. after Googling his name and reading quite a few articles so I could link to his story here… his mom is definitely quite the fan too! 😀 HI KAREN!

How they met, as told by Katy :: A mutual friend introduced us, because Josh was starting his student teaching at the same school where I currently teach. I remember meeting Josh for the first time in the school library; I was on duty restocking books when this tall-drink-of-water rounded the corner, and I thought to myself, “he’s cuuute.” Our mutual friend told both of us (on separate occasions) that we’d end up getting married…and he was right!

holy hell her hair IS perfect!! these two are just the cutest couple! Hottest couple!! i have so many favorites but i think that one of them laying down w their eyes looking ultra blue is my fave! or that first one of them on the steps, the light there is gorgeous and her legs looking uuhhhh-mazing! nice work, friends!

OMG!!! I just LOOOOOOOVE this session! They are drop dead gorgeous! They both have crazy beautiful eyes and terrific smiles. I love how you capture laughter so effortlessly! If I were them, I’d be at a loss for which ones to frame!
