We love shooting weddings in our hometown… and Kelly and Jessie’s Indianapolis wedding certainly didn’t disappoint!
Kelly was all about the bling! Just wait until you see her dress! 😀She gifted all of these kimono style robes to her bridesmaids. When I Instagrammed it ladies were going crazy over them. Brides, take note… bridesmaids love this! Hey Kelly, I know people will ask… do you know who the Etsy artist was who you bought these from? 😀IT’S DRESS TIIIIIME!Loved this random green round table I found in their hotel room… see the photo of the bling near the top? Same / same. MARRIAGE! Such a gorgeous church… am I right?! I’m telling you, we here in the midwest sure do have some beautiful Catholic churches! Kelly your dress was so pretty. So timeless and regal! On the way to shooting some wedding party portraits, the groom / groomsmen insisted on pulling over and stocking up the limo bus. Leave it to me to grab a quick group portrait. See the guy in blue in the back? Yeah, he was standing there so what the heck… get on in! HA! Jessie and his boys are HUGE Colts fan… So yeah… check and mark! HA!See the photobomber in the back?! 😀You two are so cute!
Capone met us at the park… he was SO hype!GORGEOUS!Love this one.
…a few more portraits around downtown before their reception. With most Catholic ceremonies, we usually have a lot of time between the ceremony and reception to shoot portraits because the ceremonies are often in the early afternoon and the reception doesn’t start until around 6-ish …and now you know! 🙂
Their first dance was too cute!
Jessie’s reaction to his brother’s toast. 😀
On the right? That’s Jessie’s dad. You’re about to see where Jessie learned all of his cool dance moves!Jessie’s brother, dad… and of course… Jessie. 😀OHHHH SHIZZZZ! How did this happen?! Seriously?! Jessie, you’re crazy! At this time the band was playing, “Jesse’s Girl”… it was only appropriate that he be lifted into the air. RIGHT?!
HA! Weirdo. 😀
See those socks? Mike always brings a few back up pair in his camera bag because grooms and groomsmen often forget them. MIKE TO THE RESCUE! 😉

[br]What was the most memorable moment of your day?
Bride: 1. Walking down the aisle with my Dad towards a tearful Jessie. I was so excited to see him! 2. My brother passed away 3 years ago and we wanted to acknowledge him on our special day. Our florist, David, added a Ferrari charm (John’s favorite car) to every boutonniere and bouquet. It was comforting to see the charm throughout the day knowing John was right there with us.
Groom: Kelly’s long walk down the aisle. I’ll never forget how beautiful she looked that day.
[br] Any advice for future bride/grooms?
Bride: Remember to take a minute to look around and enjoy every moment, and hire a day-of wedding coordinator.
Groom: Relax.
[br]Funniest memory from your wedding day?
Bride: The groomsmen lifting me up on the dance floor during “Jessie’s Girl” followed by a graceful drop to the ground. 😉
Groom: “Losing” my shirt on the dance floor.
[br]If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
Bride: It was perfect – we got married!
Groom: Not a thing.
[br]Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We went on a two-week trip to Greece – Athens, Santorini and Mykonos.

Bobbi and Mike,
These are so beautiful! The first dance and the goofy wedding party pics are my favorites so far.
You two were so easy and fun to work with that day, making everyone so at ease. What a good eye for what makes a great picture you are gifted with.
Can’t wait to see all the pictures, choosing which to put in an album will be tough!
Thanks for capturing such a special day for our family. Great memories,
Debby Hotka, formally known as MOG!
her dress is phenomenal!!
Haha shirtless groom! I love that we can really see their personalities in these pics! Looks like it was a fun day!
I really like that one with the white background, and the b&w shot of Kelly opening the door. It was fun working with you two!
Your images are always beautiful and full of love! 🙂
Awesome
The black and white of her putting on her dress, the one of her with her veil and the portrait of the two of them in front of the mural? Perfect. Perfectperfectperfect. 😀
Hi there!! First of all, y’all ARE AWESOME. That being said, quick question – would you mind sharing what lens you used for the photo of the groom & groomsmen in front of Lucas Oil Stadium?
Hello Bobbi and Mikey,
Kelly and Jesse should be very happy with their photos. I love the photo with the swirly painted background. The haven’t seen a navy blue wedding for a long time. I love it. Dad looked like he had a good time.
Great job,
Momba
