We photographed Katie and Brandon’s wedding in 2007… and this time, their one year old. I hate to be cliché, but damn time sure does fly!You guys know how much I love photographing families in their homes. I like that these images will mean something more than just, “wow, that sure is a cool wall full of graffiti…” Instead they can look at these images and remember how much their newly-walking son loved going up and down those stairs… over… and… over… and…. oooooverrrrrr… 😉Oscar couldn’t be more sweet! Brandon and I very first met in Terre Haute, where we both went to college. Oh, and I was his Applebee’s trainer. Yeah… them’s is braggin’ rights, I WAS AN APPLEBEE’S TRAINER… BOOO-TO-THE-YAH!Have I mentioned how flipping cute Oscar is?!
There’s so much love in this house.….up and down those stairs over… and… over… and…. ooooooooverrrrrr! Our favorite! ❗ + ❓…then we headed into their back yard for some more amazingness. I always try to grab just a few images of just mom & dad. 🙂A session at home isn’t complete without Bella and Beau!

How they met, as told by Brandon  ::  We met at camp. We were both counselors, shaping and molding the impressionable youth of southern Indiana by day, making out in the lake/lodge/cabins by night. We dated for 5 wonderful years before tying the knot in 2007. Since then, we’ve purchased a home, formed a business, and started a family. We’re more than 10 years in, but still feel like we’re just getting started. 🙂
